Substrati di coltivazione Baltik Grow

The substrates of the Baltik Grow family are divided into two groups, based on their composition.

Group A consists exclusively of oligotrophic Baltic peats with a low degree of humification (Von Post H2-3), commonly known as white peats (both milled and block peats). Group B substrates are a mixture of white peats with brown peats, which have a higher degree of humification (Von Post H3-H4).

Group B substrates are sometimes preferred when a greater quantity of readily available water, or greater buffering capacity, is required.
